This week in our Too Good To Be True series we have Courtney Drennon, a Realtor® from Olympia, WA who was really surprised when she found out that she could have a real estate website with IDX for a one-time-fee of $99.
In this interview she explains the importance of having her own branded website and being able to promote yourself effectively without having to depend solely on her company website.
Rui: Please introduce yourself, how long have you been in real estate?
Courtney: Courtney Kelley Drennon, I've been in the business for over 10 years.
Rui: Did you have a website before WebsiteBox? How much were you paying?
Courtney: I used to rely solely on my company website, but soon realized I wanted to be able to brand myself apart from my bio and contact page on the company website. With WebsiteBox I can feature only my listings, and market just myself.
Rui: What was your first reaction when you heard about the $99 price? Did you think it was too good to be true?
Courtney: Yes, I was impressed that for such a cheap price I could have a perfectly functioning, great looking website.

Courtney: Being able to have IDX access for my local listing provider is huge for me. My website automatically updates when the listing service does. So I never have to worry whether or not listings that come up on one of my many search options are updated. My clients can access the multiple listing service essentially directly through my website.

Courtney: I am currently working on syncing my blog to the front page of my website. Interconnecting all of my Social Media sites with my website helps drive traffic to it.
